Dr Sharon Varney, Director of Space for Learning, and Director of Practice for Henley Forum is a specialist in leadership and organisational development.  What is different about her book “Leadership in Complexity and Change”? Complexity and change in organisations are not new, but what makes the approach in this book different?  It explores complexity as a science making it easier for managers and professionals to grasp the implications of the science of uncertainty.  The book is timely, and a practical handbook of how to engage with complexity and work through it.  Sharon will lead the discussion and take questions about her book.

You are invited to join in this discussion and share your ideas at our next event on Tuesday 8 February 2022, at 6.00 pm.
