The CSNet Book Discussion Group will meet on Tuesday 27 February 2024, at 6.00 pm to discuss, “Making it Happen: Lessons from the Frontline of Strategy Execution”, by Rebecca Stephens MBE, who will be joining us to discuss her book.

Rebecca Stephens, speaker, writer, journalist, mountaineer, is the first British woman to climb Everest, as well as the Seven Summits.  As a consultant at Skarbek Associates, she advises on the executing of strategy in organizations worldwide.  In her book, “Making it Happen: Lessons from the Frontline of Strategy Execution” she uses a variety of case studies to illustrate the implementation of successful strategy execution. These are from individuals, showing how purpose and agility helped them to make a difference in their organizations. Rebecca will lead our discussion and take your questions about the book.
